Refresh Thread Share Snapshot
POST
/api/v2/chat-threads/{thread_id}/shares/snapshot/refresh
snapshot_created_at on the thread's active share to the currenttime (owner only).
see — regular create/update intentionally preserve the original snapshot.
Rejects PII-redacted shares (their snapshot is frozen at creation).
token for read-after-write consistency. Pass the token received from a previous
write operation so the manage-permission check sees the latest state before refreshing.
